Holder of the processing of personal data

F.A.R.E. Technical Services S.r.l. is the owner of the processing of personal data.

Purpose of the processing

The personal data provided are processed within the normal activity of “F.A.R.E. Technical Services”, for the following purposes:

to execute the request that the user is making;
for operational and management needs;
to perform statistical analysis;
to comply with legal obligations;

The treatments will be carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and include, in compliance with the limits and conditions set by the art. 11 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, all operations or series of operations provided for by the same decree with the term “treatment”.

Description of the treatment

The provision of personal data is optional. However, failure to provide, even partially, the requested data in the fields marked with an asterisk will make it impossible to forward the request and proceed with the provision of the services offered.

Communication and distribution of data

The data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties except in the cases provided for in the information and / or by law and in any case in the manner permitted by this.

Rights of the interested party

According to the art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03 the interested party has the right to obtain the indication: of the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and of their communication in intelligible form, of the origin of personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, of the identification details of the owner, of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated. The interested party has the right to obtain: updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those referred to conservation in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed is not necessary; the interested party has the right to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him / her also for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales or for market research or commercial communication.
